1. Shipping Method We ship worldwide using PostNord 1st class letter service.
2. Delivery Times
- Sweden: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of the world: Typically 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local conditions.
3. Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmed payment.
4. Tracking PostNord 1st class letters do not normally include tracking. Please contact us at support@zapsense.shop if you have any questions about your delivery.
5. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by PostNord, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with applicable consumer law.
6. Customs and Import Duties For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
