Terms of Service for ZapSense

1. General These terms of service apply to all purchases and use of the website www.zapsense.shop, operated by SecondOfFive Electronics AB (org. no. 559370-9529), Svarvhult Backagärde 6, 518 90 Sandared, Sweden.

2. Orders and Agreement A binding order is created when you have completed your purchase and received an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as stock shortages or incorrect pricing.

3. Prices All prices are displayed including VAT (25%) for customers within the EU. For customers outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Payment Payment is made via the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely and your card details are not stored by us.

5. Right of Withdrawal As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

6. Complaints and Warranty If a product is defective, you have the right to make a complaint within 3 years of the purchase date in accordance with Swedish consumer law. Please contact us at support@zapsense.shop to initiate a complaint.

7. Limitation of Liability SecondOfFive Electronics AB is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our products, beyond what is required by mandatory law.

8. Governing Law and Disputes These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should first be resolved amicably. Alternatively, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se, or refer the matter to a general court.
